1neVoice ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the 1neVoice mobile app, desktop companion app, and website.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and profile information you choose to provide. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Usage Data

We track voice session duration (seconds used per day) to enforce your plan limits. We do not record, store, or analyze the content of your voice conversations.

Device & Connection Data

We collect basic technical information — device type, OS version, app version, and connection diagnostics (latency, packet count) — to troubleshoot issues and improve service reliability.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the voice relay and companion app services
• Enforce plan limits and manage subscriptions
• Send account-related notifications (password resets, plan changes)
• Diagnose and fix technical issues
• Improve app performance and features

What We Do NOT Do

• Record or store the content of your voice conversations
• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your voice data to train AI models

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Voice audio streams are relayed in real time and never written to persistent storage. All connections use TLS encryption.

Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Usage records (seconds used per day) are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — authentication and database (supabase.com/privacy)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Render — voice relay hosting (render.com/privacy)

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

1neVoice is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
