Terms of Service

By using 1neVoice ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

1neVoice provides a voice relay and companion apps that let you use your mobile phone as a microphone for voice chat in virtual worlds and games. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Plans and Billing

Free Plan

The free plan includes a daily voice time allowance. Usage resets at midnight UTC.

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription plans auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Price Changes

We may change plan pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Circumvent plan limits or payment requirements

5. Voice Content

You are solely responsible for the content of your voice transmissions. We do not monitor, review, or store voice content, but we may suspend accounts if we receive credible reports of illegal or harmful use.

6. Intellectual Property

1neVoice and its associated marks, logos, and software are our property. You retain ownership of your voice content. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to transmit your voice in real time as required to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on third-party platforms where the Service is used.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data loss.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
